9/29 – Chris’s “Nice Weekend” Weekend Forecast

The forecast is pretty simple for the next 7 days. Currently there is a stationary boundary well to the south of our area in the gulf. High pressure is the dominant feature to our northwest. As we head into the weekend high pressure will bring absolute gorgeous conditions to south Mississippi. Plenty of sunshine and just above average temperatures for the first weekend of “Cruisin the Coast”. This will continue to be the case into the first week of October. The only problem is no rain means increasing drought conditions. However rain chances do come back into the forecast as we head into the latter portions of the week. This is due to a cold front that will make its way down the state. This will also bring the coolest temperatures of fall yet. So please go out and enjoy the beautiful weather.
