9/28 – Rob’s “Hot & Humid” Monday Afternoon Forecast

Hot and humid summertime conditions in the mid to upper 80s and possibly a few 90s around with compressional heating ahead of a cold front. The front should move through during the day today while most locations are at their highs of the day which should make this air mass feel very nice, at least at first.

Showers/t-storms activity will accompany the front as well and with ample heating, a few of these could become strong and we can’t rule out a severe T-Storm or two. After today, high temps will struggle to get into the 70s for at least a few days.

A reinforcing front will help keep these same conditions going through the weekend, but the next front is expected to be dry. Enjoy Autumn!
