8/26 – Rob’s “Friday/Weekend” Forecast

As higher-pressure moves into the area, today will bring mostly sunny to partly cloudy skies along with hotter temps in the low 90s. Rain potential will be fairly low, but will elevate for the weekend as a minor wave moves across the northern Gulf.

TROPICAL UPDATE:

An area of low-pressure (Invest 99L) moving across the Bahama chain/eastern Cuba has been downgraded to a 30% chance for further development over the next 48 hours.
