5/5 – Rob’s “Cinco De Mayo” Forecast
As another cold front moved through the area last night…a reinforcing shot of cool/dry air will filter into the region. A cool/dry wind from the north will gust into the 20 mph range today and provide for a chilly night. High-pressure will move into the Gulf south from the Central plains, suppressing the atmosphere and calming winds by Friday afternoon. The Mother’s Day weekend will bring VERY PLEASANT conditions as the mercury will rebound into the low/mid 80s with dry conditions.
