5/14 – Sam Parker’s “Heat Dome Set Up” Wednesday Evening Forecast

Heat Dome setting up next week in the Gulf bringing temperatures in the mid to upper 80s and low 90s. Our conditions will be a bit closer to summer feels like as we head through the rest of the week and temperatures climb into the upper 80s. The humidity will inching back more and more, not dramatically, but each day will be a little warmer and more humid than the one before. Eventually that’ll get us into the upper 80s and low 90s across south Mississippi, with dewpoints in the low 70s. Thankfully we’ll get a bit of shade in the form of more cloud cover.
