4/19 – Rob’s “Tuesday Afternoon” Forecast
High-pressure dominating the area continues to bring sunny skies with upper-level clouds from the west spilling east. Expect a mixture of sun/clouds this afternoon with hazy conditions. Overnight will bring an increase in the cloud coverage and areas of PATCHY FOG. A few showers will be in the area Wednesday afternoon through Thursday morning as a cold front begins to move east. Rain potential will elevate Thursday and Friday, along with the potential for a few storms to become SEVERE Thursday afternoon/evening. The system will begin to move east Friday, with clearing skies Friday night. The weekend will bring mostly sunny skies, breezy conditions and warm temperatures in the low 80’s.
