4/13 – Rob’s “Wet” Monday Forecast

After a rainy night and with several boundaries in the area…it’s going to be a gloomy start to the workweek. A complex of showers and thunderstorms in the NW’ern Gulf of Mexico will continue east and move into the area around midday. South Mississippi is at a “Slight Risk” for Severe Weather this afternoon in the form of strong winds, heavy rain and frequent lightning, along with A FLASH FLOOD WATCH in effect through Tuesday morning. The heavier activity will move east late afternoon leaving areas of rain with a few t-storms overnight. This wet pattern will continue through the workweek…
