3/8 – Rob’s “Hump Day” Forecast
The cold front and associated weather is now moving into the northern GOM. This morning will bring light drizzle to along with mostly cloudy/cloudy skies. Partial clearing will occur through the day with partly cloudy conditions this afternoon. As high-pressure begins to move into the region, a brief period of dry conditions will exist until the next cold front moves in Friday. The boundary will bring showers and t-storms Friday afternoon into the weekend as the front will stall over the sound. Drier conditions will move in early next week.
