It was a packed house this morning at the Hospitality Job fair as potential employees came with resumes in hand and dressed for success.
These jobs are anything to do with hospitality, ranging from hotels, attractions, restaurants, and more. There were over 20 employees at the fair looking for qualified, hard-working people.
The fair was put on by Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College at their Jefferson Davis Campus in their hospitality resort management center.
This is the second year MGCCC has put on this job fair and they say for certain it will happen again next year. MGCCC Director of Business Development Lisa Bradley said, “MGCCC is a leader in work force development. On the Coast, hospitality is just a booming industry and we get calls daily just looking for our students who are graduating to be employees. We thought this was a great opportunity to patch those folks together with the folks who are looking to hire.”
