Great dance moves were on display earlier this evening as part of a unique dance camp.
The second annual ‘Camp Dance Able’ is designed for individuals with disabilities and gives them the opportunity to express themselves through dance.
St. Peter’s By-the-Sea Episcopal Church organized the event and campers capped off the two-week camp with a public performance at the Lynn Meadows Discovery Center. Rev. Patrick Sanders said, “I’m sort of profoundly overjoyed with the impact that it has, really not only, not only just on the community or on the campers and on the staff, but as a priest, I really appreciate seeing what it does in the congregation.”
Around 20 individuals participated in this year’s camp.
