A small tour bus en route from New Orleans, carrying 30 people, crashed on I-10 Eastbound, near the Louisiana-Mississippi state line Friday. Hancock County Sheriff Ricky Adam says the driver of the bus had a medical emergency, and tried to pull over on the interstate. That’s when he lost control, hitting a street sign, and only coming to a stop when the bus came in contact with a wooded area. Multiple injuries were reported, 3 people were airlifted to a local hospital with major injuries, and at least 15 others were taken to the hospital by ambulance. At this time, we’re told no one died in the crash, but we will continue to monitor the situation and update you as we receive more information.
