2019 ASBS Pilgrimage

This weekend, members of the Associates of the Sisters of the Blessed Sacrament gather on the Coast for the 2019 Pilgrimage.

Members traveled from all over the country to reflect, pray, learn the history of the organization and continue the mission of St. Katharine Drexel which is to leave a lasting impact on the communities they live in and people the sisters work with on a regular basis.

This weekend is also for the members to learn the history of the Biloxi chapter which includes a tour of the Mother of Sorrow’s Church.

Organization President Sister Donna Breslin says she is so excited to connect and share ideas with her with sisters from all over. “It’s just such a blessing for us, the Sisters of the Blessed Sacrament, to be able to have so many associates who are so dedicated to the mission of St. Katharine Drexel and bringing it forward in our world today.”

The pilgrimage wraps up with a banquet dinner and features entertainment from the Pascagoula Senior Center Gospel Choir.
