2/9 – Rob Knight’s “Slightly Warmer” Wednesday Morning Forecast
High pressure will dominate throughout the region over the next few days. Today will bring sunshine and slightly warmer temperatures, with dry and cool tonight under clear skies. High temperature today will be in the low to mid 60s with overnight lows in the upper 30s to low 40s. Warm air will slowly make its way back into the environment due to a southerly wind that will bring in warm and moist air. Overall, tonight through Thursday will be dry with a warming trend as we finish the week with low chances for rain.
A cold front will makes its way into the area late Saturday and into Sunday. It will bring isolated to scattered showers. Behind the cold front, temperatures will drop with early Monday morning being the coldest. High temperatures will make a quick recovery though, reaching back into the low to mid 60’s by Tuesday.
