2/22 – Jeff’s “Dense Fog Advisory” Wednesday Night Forecast

Sea fog is beginning roll in again. A Dense Fog Advisory is in effect until 10 AM tomorrow morning for Hancock, Harrison, and Jackson County. Look for this pattern to continue through the weekend due to light southerly flow overnight for the next several nights.

Very warm temperatures will remain with tomorrow being the warmest day. Morning lows in the upper 60s will warm into the 80s across much of the area. The question will be how much direct sunlight will be in the equation. Mostly cloudy skies will be present but the very warm pattern helped by high pressure to our east will be enough for near-record high temperatures.

More breaks in the clouds will be around after Friday. Temperatures will be slightly cooler this weekend but well-above average high temperatures will remain. A frontal system will be moving into the picture by Monday. It will bring with it a 30% chance of showers. Following the front, there will be welcomed drop in humidity.
