10/31 Ryan’s “Cold Halloween” Friday Morning Forecast

We started Halloween off on on the cold side with some of our lowest temperatures since winter, but we'll warm nicely under sunny skies.

This Halloween started off as cold as we’ve seen so far this season with a few coastal cities dropping into the upper 30s, but sunny skies and gradual warming will have us feeling good later on. We’re still going to run a handful of degrees below average, but expect highs to climb into the upper 60s with nothing but the sun in the sky. The winds will weaken considerably from where they’ve been the last few days, falling to around 6 mph, which will make it feel noticeably warmer despite only gaining a degree or so on yesterday. These clear skies and calming winds will allow for rapid cooling again later tonight, so if your Halloween costume isn’t intrinsically warm you may want to bring an extra layer with you as we head back into the 40s for the early morning hours.
