10/20 – Jeff’s “Very Nice” Weekend Forecast

It will be mild and pleasant to start Saturday. Temperatures will quickly warm with plenty of sunshine early on. Clouds begin to move in by the afternoon but temperatures will still be quite warm again. A dry, warmer than average pattern will be in place for much of the extended period.

More clouds will be around Sunday but temperatures will still be fairly warm. Humidity will be relatively low so burn bans are still in place and burning and could be quite hazardous. Strong high pressure will set up across the eastern United States into next week.

This will create a blocking setup that will prevent rain chances from making it to our region until late next week at the earliest. Southerly flow will build back in by early next week which will lead to the return of the humidity.
