Warmer Temperatures Friday

The fourth day of the workweek moved along smoothly in many areas, the weather department being one of those. Stability around the horn continues into the evening hours, though a few changes are possible in the upcoming days.

Tonight: An abundance of sunshine was once again readily available Thursday. Luckily for Coastians who hate fall and cooler temperatures, the daily highs will most likely increase back into a more early summer like feeling tomorrow. Overnight, winds will gradually shift from the south to the west; but will remain manageable, and shouldn’t top sustained readings above 17-20 MPH at most. A few light showers could linger into the early overnight hours, but heavier showers; and thunderstorms will remain towards northern Mississippi and northern Alabama. Overnight lows are headed for the mid 60s, around 65 degrees.

As always: A cloudy day is no match for a sunny disposition. Be nice to each other.
