09/15 Ryan’s “Mostly Sunny” Sunday Night Forecast

Expected today to be a bit more rainy as we finished of last week, but the mostly sunny weather we saw will carry into next week. That means much more sun on tap, which also generally means higher temperatures. It’ll actually heat up fairly significantly by the middle of the week.

A surface high is sliding in, which coupled with upper level ridging will warm temperatures into the mid 90s by Wednesday.

As the upper level features weaken and/or move east of us, expect to see the temperature cooling to “normal” quickly. Afternoon highs will fall to the low 90s again by Thursday, and potentially into the upper 80s for the first time in a while by Friday. It remains to be seen if the cooling will be that significant, but it certainly looks good as we head into next weekend.
