07/03 Ryan’s “Much Drier” Thursday Morning Forecast

Beautiful and much drier weather is moving into the area as we head into the holiday weekend!

Expect much drier weather across South Mississippi for the next couple of afternoons! That means an end to the long streak of days with afternoon showers and thunderstorms, with only a stray, short-lived shower or thunderstorm barely possible today and none expected as we head into the fourth. That pattern does start to re-assert itself by Saturday afternoon as the sea breeze develops, but even then it looks pretty sparse until next Monday when rain chances bump upwards of 40%…which I consider slightly wetter than an average summer afternoon. Enjoy this much drier weather now, because it looks like another rainy streak is coming soon.
