06/02 Ryan’s “Season Begins” Monday Morning Forecast
Hurricane season officially began yesterday, today we look at the forecast and tropics.
The Atlantic Hurricane Season for 2025 officially began yesterday, so today we take another look at the forecasts. Many of this year’s forecasts have called for a slightly above average season, without any major red flags to say things will be busy, but also not too many limiting factors either. Regardless, you can count on News 25 to check on the the tropics in every forecast until the season ends in November. It’s quiet out there right now with no developments expected for the next few days at least.
Locally things will be quite nice today. Expect mostly sunny skies with a slightly warmer high near 87, and a light southerly breeze. A short-lived sprinkle isn’t out of the question, but barely worth mentioning for today and tomorrow. The humidity, cloud cover, temperature, and rain chances will creep up for the rest of the week though.
