05/11 Ryan’s “Warmer” Monday Night Forecast

It’s still dry in South MS tonight, but warmer, more humid air will move in steadily over the rest of the week. Expect tonight to warm a bit from where it was through the weekend, up to 57 degrees with mostly clear skies. Tomorrow’s high remains in the low 80s, but the humidity will begin to rise sharply through the night and into tomorrow as a weak warm front swings through.

WE WON’T SEE MUCH OF A DIRECT IMPACT FROM THIS, BUT WARMING CONDITIONS AND MORE HUMID AIR WILL LEAD TO SOME LIGHT SHOWER DEVELOPMENT THURSDAY.

This continues into the weekend and even the start of next week with daytime heating influences driving shower production. There are a few potential scenarios that could bring some heavier showers by the beginning of next week, but there isn’t much confidence in these forecasts. Stay tuned for further updates.
