Get ready to meet Aurora, this week's WXXV Weather Kid!

It is Wednesday once again which means we get to meet a new WXXV Weather Kid! Today we meet Aurora, who was a joy to have in the studio and one of the most…verbose Weather Kids we’ve had so far. Aurora likes to play in the rain, jumping in the deepest puddles she can find, but doesn’t like storms because they scare her dog. If tornadoes are a threat, she knows to head to a nearby closet or bathroom, the safe spaces in her home. If it’s nice outside, she likes to jump on the trampoline, play on the swings, or play softball where you can find her at second base or in the outfield.
