04/06 Ryan’s “Warm, Muggy” Tuesday Night Forecast

Another muggy night ahead as our low lingers in the mild mid-60s and patchy fog forms. We’re still not expecting any active weather until late tomorrow or early Thursday. That means tomorrow will be more cloudy, warmer, and more humid, but will remain fairly quiet.

The chance of showers and eventually thunderstorms increases as we approach midnight and a front approaches from the west.

This will bring a “marginal” risk for severe weather as it passes through between 3 AM and 9 AM. We will see a bit of clearing through the afternoon, but more activity is brewing. Another front develops and pushes through for most of Friday, lingering further into Saturday. That means a couple of rainy days in a row, but rainfall totals aren’t looking very significant. There will undoubtedly be a few trouble spots, but by and large they shouldn’t exceed an inch and a half on average for the rest of the week. Things will clear up a bit to start next week, but the clouds and at least a slight chance of rain remains.
