04/03 Ryan’s “Good, but Grey” Friday Morning Forecast
Expect grey weather for your Good Friday, but we'll get at least a bit more sun in the afternoon.
Skies will be appropriately grey for your Good Friday today in South Mississippi, looking like rain is right around the corner though we’ll have to wait another day for it to arrive. That’s due to an approaching front, that’ll bring possible spotty showers as early as Saturday afternoon, but more consistent rain overnight. Expect showers and thunderstorms from the early morning hours of Sunday into the afternoon, with the low-end potential for a stronger thunderstorm nearby. This line of storms doesn’t look very well put together, but will certainly be more consistent than what we saw last week leading to a soggy Easter morning.
Temperature-wise we’ll stay on the warm and humid side of things through tomorrow, but will begin to cool from the low 80s into the mid 70s by Sunday. Behind the front temperatures will fall into the low 70s with sunny skies moving in by late Monday. We’ll enjoy a few considerably more sunny and drier days after that, with a few chilly lows as well as our mid-week mornings fall into the upper 40s.
