03/30 Ryan’s “Quiet” Tuesday Night Forecast

It wasn’t all that quiet earlier today as some unexpected severe weather developed, but it will be tonight. Skies will remain cloudy, but rain chances will largely hold off until tomorrow. Expect a much warmer low near 69 degrees with more patchy fog. Tomorrow warms further as well, high now near 78 degrees as rain chances rise. Expect them closer to 60%, starting around 4 PM.

This frontal system currently brings a “marginal” risk of severe weather into South MS, but I wouldn’t be surprised to see the threat increase slightly.

The good news is after this front moves through we’ll see rapidly cooling, drying conditions. That will lead to over a week of sunny weather, starting as we head into Easter weekend on a beautiful Good Friday. It’ll initially be a bit on the cool side, but we’ll be back to “above average” by Easter.
