03/15 Ryan’s “Foggy Again” Monday Night Forecast

We’re finally going to see some change, but tonight and tomorrow night will still be foggy…again. Yes, there has been little change to our pattern that started last Monday. Each day was slightly warmer, more humid, and generally more cloudy than the day before, but rain stayed away until late last night. It continued today, but was few and far between with only one thunderstorm.

I expect largely the same tomorrow, with little organized storm activity in the South MS area.

As far as tonight goes expected patchy, locally dense fog along the coast, with a warm, humid low near 68. Tomorrow will basically be a copy of today, with slightly more rain…so a high near 78 with cloudy skies and a 40% chance of showers. Wednesday night/Thursday morning seems to be the time period to watch as a front finally prepares to pass through. The upper level set-up as it moves has warranted an “enhanced” risk of severe weather in the area, so stay tuned. Otherwise, after the front clears we’ll see plenty of sunny skies and cooler afternoons.
