Today we meet Gracelyn, this week's WXXV Weather Kid!
It is Weather Kid Wednesday here at WXXV again today, and this week we meet Gracelyn! She’s enjoyed the unseasonably warm weather we’ve seen recently, being quite the athlete on the soccer pitch or volleyball court. When stuck inside thanks to rainy or cold weather, she likes to dance and roller-skate inside! (with permission of course) She likes the rain, but could do without storms, retreating to a “storm tent” in her room when it gets rough outside. It was a pleasure having you in the studio today, Gracelyn! Keep up all the good work!
For today’s forecast, we warmed considerably this morning. Temperatures were upwards of 20° warmer than yesterday morning, climbing into the low 60s! This afternoon will continue the noticeable warming trend as we climb into the low-to-mid 70s, with cloudy skies but no rain for another day or so.
