02/04 – Brantly’s “Rain Tonight, Tomorrow” Thursday Afternoon Forecast
With a warmer, more damp air mass moving in throughout the day, temperatures will quickly rise into the middle to upper 60s for most locations, particularly across inland areas away from the water where there is a possibility we hit the 70 degree mark. In addition to the warmer weather, it will be breezy as well with sustained southerly winds of 10 to 20 mph, gusting to 25 to 30 mph in the late afternoon.
A cold front will push through the area Thursday night and eventually move offshore Friday. Expect showers to begin late Thursday night into Friday morning, and to continue on and off throughout the day and night Friday. Some shower activity may even linger into the beginning of Saturday.
