01/05/26 Ryan’s “Warm Week Ahead” Monday Morning Forecast

We finished off last year on the cold side, but we're in for a warm week ahead as we head deeper in to 2026.

Last week a cold front starting things off frosty, but while we saw another front move through over the weekend we’re in for a warm week ahead. This morning was the coolest we’ll see all week long in the upper 40s/low 50s, which is chilly-to-cool but still a good 10° warmer than we should be for the first week of January. The cooling trend our weekend cold front brought is coming to an end later this morning, starting a subtle warming trend that’ll have each morning and afternoon a little warmer and more humid than the last. That includes this afternoon, which will climb into the upper 60s, up from Sunday’s breezy mid 60s. We’ll be in the 70s by tomorrow afternoon, with mornings slowly rising into the mid 60s as well by the end of the week.
