Zombie Infested 5K at Harrison County Fairgrounds

Usually in a race, you run against a clock. This weekend, it’s not time you’re running from, but brain-hungry, virus-spreading, bloody zombies.
It’s the Zombie Infested 5K at the Harrison County Fairgrounds in Gulfport. The event is set for tomorrow morning. Before the race, you will be given a flag belt. These flags represent your health. The zombies want to take your flags and maybe even eat your brains. If you finish with a flag, you will receive the survivor medal at the finish line.
If you don’t want to run in the race, but would like to be a zombie, show up to the Harrison County Fairgrounds at 7:30 in the morning. If you show up before 8 a.m., you still have time to register to run in the race before the zombies get you!
