Biloxi, Miss. (WXXV)- After months of pressure from Biloxi residents and city council members, the city decided to hold a meeting to discuss their ongoing homelessness issue.
The issue pertaining to the Broadwater Property in Biloxi – which despite efforts to clean up has been an area of high homeless activity.
