Worker’s Compensation Fraud Charges
Two Gulfport sisters have been indicted on multiple charges of worker’s compensation fraud, accused of receiving worker’s compensation benefits that were intended for their deceased father.
Thirty-nine year-old Detria Vogle and 36-year-old Rachel Vogle are charged with four counts each of worker’s compensation fraud. Officials say neither reported their father had died but instead continued receiving benefits between August 2011 and December 2014. They face up to 12 years in prison.
