Woolmarket Elementary Students Watch Inauguration

Students at Woolmarket Elementary watched the inauguration of President Donald Trump during school.
Fourth, fifth, and sixth graders gathered inside the gym, watching Vice President Mike Pence and President Donald Trump swear in to office.
This was also a chance for social studies students to watch an inauguration after writing their own presidential speeches.
Fifth grader Cailin Guthrie said, “It was pretty cool to see Donald Trump and Mike Pence. It was pretty cool.”
Fifth grader Prince Warren said, “It was awesome and amazing because I like that we have a new president now and we can trust him. We have a new president so it’s one step closer to our goals.”
The school’s language arts and English classes also participated.
