Women’s Resource Center needs donations for Fall Yard Sale
The Women’s Resource Center is accepting donations for their Fall Yard Sale.
The yard sale helps raise money for families to receive car seats, diapers, and other necessary items when they have a baby.
You can drop off donations at the Women’s Resource Center Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Wednesdays from 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. The last day to donate is October 25th.
Hot ticket items include home décor, furniture, and children’s items. You can call the Women’s Resource Center to arrange pick up for large items.
This yard sale is a major part of helping women on the Coast. Executive Director Susan Kremer Jones said, “Right now we make over $11,000 every time we have the yard sale. It’s hugely beneficial for us to be able to provide car seats, diapers, wipes, clothing. Everything that these ladies need.”
They are also looking for volunteers to help sort through the donations and help with the day of the yard sale, which is October 27th and 28th at Youth for Christ in Gulfport. Call 228-596-0407 for more information.
