Wilkes Drawbridge to close for repairs next week

A quick traffic note for drivers in Gulfport.

The Wilkes Drawbridge on Cowan-Lorraine Road will be closed several nights next week for maintenance.

You may have seen the electronic signs already up on Cowan Lorraine warning of the nightly closures.

MDOT says the work will be each night Monday through Thursday next week.
