Wiggins sets up local Cruisin’ event

Locals in Wiggins got in on the Cruisin’ the Coast fun today by setting up their own car show.

Classic car owners met up in front of Memorial Hospital in Stone County.

“A lot of our locals in Stone County have classic cars. It’s important for the local citizens to feel like they’re involved in Cruisin’, and we wanted them to not have to drive as far to the coast,” said Sonya Kortens, the Stone County Hospital Coordinator. “It’s easier for some of the locals to just come to a local event instead of having to drive to the coast.”
