Wiggins Fire learns new skills for car crash response

WIGGINS, Miss. (WXXV)- In Wiggins, the fire department worked with MES Rescue Tools and Equipment for a hands-on training session.

Firemen were taught the proper use of struts, demonstrating how the tools can stabilize vehicles involved in crashes.

Crews also learned new vehicle extrication techniques. These skills can make crash scenes safer for patients and firefighters.
