Wiggins Fire Department receives donation

WIGGINS, Miss. (WXXV)- A South Mississippi fire department is getting a boost thanks to a generous donation from a community partner.

The Wiggins Fire Department says this support will help them better serve and protect their community.

The Wiggins Fire Department received a generous $2,000 donation from BiOrigin Specialty Products, a contribution they say will directly impact their ability to serve.

The department adding that community partnerships not only strengthen their capabilities, but also help ensure they’re always ready when the call comes in.
