What’s Next For Market Street?

What is the future of Market Street in Pascagoula?
Tonight, the Pascagoula City Council is meeting to discuss just that. The council plans to take a look and review the conceptual design for the Market Street Project. The council also plans to decide on any additional features they’d like to add.
In previous meetings, the council discussed reducing the now four lane street to two lanes as well as adding several roundabouts, back in parking, and possibly a bike lane with hopes of attracting more business to the area.
Today’s special meeting will be at 4 at city hall.
