West Harrison High Choir performing ‘Sounds of the Season’ show tonight
The West Harrison Hurricane Choir will be performing their show ‘Sounds of the Season’ tonight.
The event is at 6 p.m. at the Nugent United Methodist Church in Gulfport. The group consists of 15 West Harrison students and choir director Curtis Staples.
The choir will perform a collection of Christmas time favorites and carols to ring in the New Year and holiday season.
The choir held the performance two years ago, but was put on hold last year due to COVID restrictions.
The group has performed in a few shows so far this year and are looking to continue their success tonight. Staples said, “It’s electrifying. We’re very excited to be back on stage and getting back into the swing of things. We’re building momentum, and this could be one of the best choir years yet at my time here at West Harrison.”
Admission for the show tonight is free for everyone.
