West Harrison baseball shuts out Picayune in Battle at the Beach win

BILOXI, Miss. (WXXV) — West Harrison used a strong pitching performance to claim a 2-0 shutout victory over Picayune in the Battle at the Beach at Keesler Federal Park.

The Hurricanes improve to 9-5 on the season and will face district foe Gulfport in a three-game series beginning on Tuesday, March 17th. Meanwhile, Picayune sits at 6-7 on the season and will open district play against Pascagoula this coming week.
