Warming centers opening due to cold conditions along the Coast

Due to the cold conditions forecast for tonight, saferooms are opening around the Coast.
In Poplarville, the community saferoom will be opening as a warming center from 5 p.m. to 8 a.m. on Tuesday morning. The saferoom is located at 124 Rodeo Street. Pets are not allowed. Anyone coming to the shelter is asked to bring anything they may need such as food, water, etc.
Two shelters will open in Harrison County tonight as well.
D’Iberville

Gulfport
- Salvation Army Center for Hope · 2019 22nd Street, Gulfport
- Opens at 6:00 pm
