Wanted for accessory after the fact to capital murder
The Biloxi Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance in locating 18-year-old Marchris May, who has an active felony warrant for Accessory after the fact to a capital murder that occurred on August 26th, 2023.
During the course of the murder investigation, investigators learned of May’s involvement with 19-year-old Rashod Omrion Jarome Harris of Biloxi and 17-year-old Harry Lavern Hillard of Gulfport, who were previously arrested and charged for the death of 20-year-old Damari Daniels, as well as the assault of another victim.
