Wanted for aggravated assault

Pass Christian police are asking for the public’s help in locating a man wanted for aggravated assault that occurred on February  11^th on Seal Avenue.

Cornell Smith is accused of assaulting and putting the victim in the hospital with head and facial injuries. He is also needed for questioning about the murder of Kenneth Charlot, whose body was found lying the woods off of 30^th Avenue and 23^rd Street in Gulfport on February 1^st. It is believed Smith may have significant and notable information about the crime.
