Walter Anderson Museum of Art after-school art program begins soon
Are your kids interested in art or simply have a craft at drawing or painting? Well, the Walter Anderson Museum of Art has open registration to sign them up for an after-school program.
The Walter Anderson after-school program is for grades 2nd through 6th. The program will begin September 12th and ends in November. Each Tuesday students will have the opportunity for an hour and a half of more instruction outside of the classroom.
The program is now in its second year and Executive Director Julian Rankin says the program is looking to expand even more to give more students an outlet to dream.
Rankin says the program allows students the resources to express themselves through art.
