Walker Appealing B&B Ruling

One coast businessman plans to continue fighting the city of Ocean Springs when it comes to using his house as a bed and breakfast.
Scott Walker, the business consultant released from jail last year after serving 18 months for fraud charges, has been trying to use his home as a B&B.
Last month, the Ocean Springs Planning Commission denied allowing walker and his wife trinity the ability to use their east beach home as a bed and breakfast.
He plans to appeal that ruling tonight at the Ocean Springs City Council Meeting.
Residents who live in the east beach community say implementing businesses like B&B’s disrupt the peace in restricted zones within Ocean Springs like east beach.
