Waitr app makes its way to the Gulf Coast

The wildly popular food delivery app Waitr has now made its way on the Gulf Coast. Dozens of Gulfport restaurants are already available for delivery.
It’s an easy to use app, available on the web and for iPhone and Android users. Simply create an account to access all participating restaurants, select items and tap to submit the order.
Menu prices are the same on the app as they are at the restaurants, but require a five dollar delivery charge for all small and big orders.
The app’s debut launched at Azteca’s Mexican Restaurant Thursday night and already orders are pouring in. Azteca’s General Manager Daniel Chirinos said, “We have like 17 orders to pick up and a few deliveries, but the turnout is very good so people like it a lot.”
Salute Italian Restaurant and Chopsticks have already signed on with Waitr and more will be added in the coming weeks.
