Waffle House Shooting Suspect Indictment

The case moves forward for the man suspected of shooting a Waffle House employee to death last November in Biloxi.
According to our media partner the Sun Herald, a Harrison County grand jury indicted former Biloxi firefighter, 45-year-old Johnny Mount, on first-degree murder.
Investigators say the suspect shot 52-year-old Julie Brightwell on November 27th after the waitress asked the suspect not to smoke.
Mount is held on a $2 million bond. Arraignment is scheduled for the week of June 6th.
