Voters head out for Ocean Springs School District Bond Election

OCEAN SPRINGS, Miss. (WXXV)-Today is the day for the Ocean Springs School District Bond Election. Polls opened at 7 a.m. and will close tonight at 7 p.m.

The Ocean Springs School District has proposed a no-tax increase bond referendum totaling $52 million.

The bond aims to address critical repairs and improvements to Ocean Springs Schools, ensuring a safe and enhanced learning environment for all students and staff. The no-tax increase bond proposal rate will not raise the current tax rate.
