Virginia College Outreach and Assistance Session at MGCCC
Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College is offering help to students from Virginia College after its closure.
A Virginia College Outreach and Assistance Session will take place tomorrow at 2 p.m. at the Advanced Manufacturing and Technology Center in Gulfport.
A representative from the Department of Education will talk to those students who look forward to still earning their degrees.
The goal is to answer all questions about enrollment, financial aid, and other concerns before school lets out for the semester. JD Campus Dean of Student Services Philip Bonfinti said, “My goal every day is to come in everyday to help students. Again, whether they are enrolled here at Gulf Coast or not, we are here to help them. They are all trying to better their lives. We understand that so anything we can do, we are pleased to do it.”
Bonfinti tells News 25 MGCCC has a lot to offer for those looking for the next step in their education.
